READY TO SHIP ORIGINAL PIECES:
-3-5 day processing time.
-Upon arrival you have 3 days to contact me for a refund if you are dissatisfied in any way and then 7 days to return the piece to me. Once I receive the item I will issue a full refund .
-All shipping and handling fees are non-refundable, unless the return is my error.
GICLEE PRINTS ON CANVAS:
-7-10 day processing.
– I offer a 50% refund on all Made-to-Order prints.
– Each print is made one at a time after your order is placed therefore I cannot issue a refund due to wrong color or size unless it is at the fault of the seller.
-Customers will have 2 days to cancel from order placement for a full refund.
-If your package was damaged in transit I will gladly issue a full refund. Please contact me upon a arrival and I will do my best to fix the issue.
COMMISSION WORK:
-Processing time varies on size and content.
-All commissions start with a %25 non-refundable deposit.
-I strive to fulfill your order to your satisfaction. I will send you pictures of my progress and the finished piece before I send it out to you.
– Once you have given your approval of the final piece and it has been shipped out, it is considered non-refundable. If you have any problems please let me know right away.
-Full payment is due before commission is shipped.
